  1. I express immediate gratitude in the morning. I found a journal or sticky notes is the best way to do this. The quicker I tell my brain positive things, before negative thoughts the better.
  2. Eating healthier which let’s be Honest….I’m terrible at but I can tell you one thing. When I am eating healthy, I feel better. It’s not rocket science. Beer and wine have also been a contributing factor to my happiness during this period of time l.

3. Exercise is critical. Again though I’m not perfect at this. I go in spurts. I am getting better and I use apps on my phone that give me daily ideas on exercises and stretches. The me. App, the fit.me App, stretching App have helped me get better without the gym being open.

4. Music. After all I am a DJ “DDDDDDJJJJJ TTERENCEEEEEE” pew pew pew pew pewwww. It should be no shocker music is super important to me and the type of music I listen to is usually dependent on the mood I am in. Find music that helps express your current mood.

5. Get Shit Done. There no better feeling when you have created a list of things to get done and you knock out that list. Between work and my house…getting shit done has helped during this lockdown. I feel like I’m still making progressive and I’m doing good things everyday.
